Providing free access, a review account or participation in an affiliate program also does not guarantee a positive review, a particular rating or inclusion in a “best” list. If we cover a product, our conclusions remain our own.
We are happy to receive accurate product information, documentation and details about significant updates because these can help us keep existing content current. However, we do not want pre-written “independent reviews” or instructions telling us what conclusion an article should reach. Corrections Are Welcome
AI and software products change quickly. Pricing plans are redesigned, usage limits move, features are added or removed and companies occasionally change their entire product strategy. Even with regular updates, information can become outdated. If you identify a factual error or significant change that affects one of our reviews, we would rather know about it than leave incorrect information online.
A correction request does not automatically mean we will change an opinion or rating. There is an important difference between correcting a factual error and disagreeing with an editorial conclusion. We will consider relevant evidence and update factual information where appropriate, while independent assessments remain editorial decisions.
A Note About Software Support
Deriksx Lab does not operate the third-party products reviewed on this website. We cannot reset your account password, cancel a subscription, issue a refund, recover an account or resolve billing disputes with another company. For those issues, please contact the relevant software provider directly through its official support channels.
This distinction is important because our role is to research and compare products, not to act as an outsourced support department for the companies we review. We can explain our own published content, but we cannot access customer accounts held by third-party services.
